ADVISORY- June 27: Paddle sports rental now available to Maple Bay Cabin guests!

No tent? No problem! Our cozy, wheelchair accessible cabins, are suitable for up to five people with one queen bed, one set of single bunk beds and one single bed. Located on the edge of Cultus Lake, in Cultus Lake Provincial Park, they have levelled entry ways and ramps and include heating, lighting and a power outlet (110 volts). Each 200 sq ft cabin has its own private covered patio complete with picnic table and stainless steel cooking surface. Guests will need to provide their own bedding, dishes, pans and cooking stove. 

Each cabin comes with one assigned passenger vehicle parking spot. Additional parking spots are not available at this site. Pets and tents are not permitted.

Paddle sports rental

Canoe, Double Kayaks and SUP Hard rental available to guests staying at the Maple Bay Cabins, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in July and August on a first come first serve basis.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all rentals.

Terms & Conditions

To ensure your safety, we enforce the following policies:

    • There is a 4 hour minimum on all rentals.
    • Rental only available to registered guests of the Maple Bay Cabins.
    • Our hours and days of operation are subject to change without notice due to inclement weather or other safety hazards that may arise.
    • All paddlers must sign a waiver and provide a credit card and/or drivers license as a deposit.
    • Paddlers under the age of 19 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
    • The consumption of alcohol in a public place is forbidden. There is a no tolerance policy while renting equipment; service will be denied if use is suspected.
    • Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water.
    • Maximum three people per canoe.
    • Solo canoeing is prohibited.
    • Maximum one person per seat in kayaks and on paddle boards.
    • An adult must accompany a person under the age of 16 on the water and have basic water safety.
    • There are no reservations. You may put your name on a “day of” waiting list (no availability times are guaranteed). If you are not present when your name is called you forfeit your spot on the waiting list.
