Cultus Lake Park
Advisories
October 9th; 2025- Construction notice at Jade Bay boat launch- Starting October 13, 2025, BC Parks is commencing a project to remove materials deposited in the stream bed of Windfall Creek during the atmospheric river event of November 2021. This work will be focused on the stream bed upstream and downstream of the pedestrian bridge connecting Jade Bay and Entrance Bay. The project is expected to be completed by the end of November.
During this period, the pedestrian walkway between Jade Bay and the Entrance Bay Day Use area will be closed.
There may be extra noise caused by construction equipment, roadway detours, and limited access. Please follow posted construction signage and be mindful of personnel working in the area. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to improve the park’s natural infrastructure.
Deep Water Caution: Park visitors and swimmers should be aware of the sudden change in the depth of water close to shore which may cause swimmers to quickly become out of their comfort and swimming ability; elevated risk of drowning.
About Cultus Lake Park
One of the most popular summer destinations in the Lower Mainland, Cultus Lake Park is located 11 kilometers southwest of Chilliwack.
Cultus Lake Park includes four campgrounds. The park is a great place to fish, power boat, windsurf, stand-up paddleboard, hike, and camp.
Cultus Lake Park is located near the vacation community of Cultus Lake. This community has many activities for the whole family including waterslides, boat and jet ski rentals, go-carting, mini golf, horse stable, and plenty of restaurants.
Cultus Lake’s four group sites are perfect for family reunions, youth group camping, or corporate retreats. Three of the four group sites are located right beside the lake and the fourth is located a minute’s walk to the lake. There are two group sites located on the west side of the lake, in a private area.
