Interpretive Programs

Sea to Sky Parks offers 3 fun and informative interpretive programs showcasing the natural habitat and geography of the parks within the Sea to Sky Corridor. Our experienced guides use games and activities to inform and inspire participants.

  • Bear Habitat utilizes a variety of props and games that focus on the habitat, characteristics of the black bear and Bear Awareness.
  • Cool Crabs is a program for children 3-6 at beautiful Porteau Cove and explores the world of the shore crab and how they are adapted for the inter-tidal zone.
  • Birds of Prey has participants diving into the amazing world of Peregrine Falcons and other Birds of Prey that call Squamish home. Through games and activities, you’ll understand the challenges that these birds face, how truly spectacular they are, and how important it is to protect their habitat.
